Artist Bio
John Stanisci is a New York Times best selling artist and writer for DC and Marvel Comics having drawn such characters as Spider-Man, Batman, and many more. In 2011, John's book for DC Comics, Batman Beyond: Hush Beyond, premiered at #1 on the New York Times bestseller list for graphic novels. John’s original graphic novels have received announcements in Deadline and The Hollywood Reporter. In 2022, John had a story in Superman: Red and Blue which received an Eisner Nomination for Best Anthology. This past summer, John was invited to Poland as lead designer/international judge for the Gdansk International Shakespeare Festival in Poland, one of the three largest International theater festivals in Europe. John’s published work has appeared throughout the world in many countries including Germany, England, France and others.
Events & Workshops
John has been a guest speaker and artist at numerous events throughout the years, most recently at the Gdansk International Shakespeare Festival in Poland where he designed the official event poster and taught art workshops. In 2020, John was a guest panelist for the International Creators Conference alongside luminaries from NASA, AMAZON, SHARK TANK, SPACE X and more. John has been featured on NY1 NEWS, NBCLX and others. John’s published work has appeared throughout the world in many countries including Germany, England, France and others.
